RELATE NORTH 2013 was the exhibition and the conferrence of the University of the Arctic’s thematic network Sustainable Arts and Design (ASAD). The fundamental aim is to create a platform for safeguarding the sustainability of cultural diversity in the North and to support the local social and environmental development of local communities through sustainable means of art and art education.
The exhibition consisted of perspectives from all the member countries of the ASAD network: Canada, Finland, Iceland, Norway, Russia, Scotland, Sweden and United States.
